DELIVERY & RETURNS

Deliveries: 

UK Delivery Only Until further notice.

All deliveries will be sent via courier.

For all UK deliveries please allow 2 to 3 working days for delivery. This is subject to change over Bank Holiday weekends.

Delivery charges will be a standard rate.

Deliveries maybe affected to Postal Strikes, unfortunately this is out of Utazo Spirits Ltd control.

Returns: 

We do not accept returns of our goods unless damaged. Please do not accept your goods upon signing if you notice your packaging is damaged.

We must be notified of damaged goods upon delivery which photographic evidence to info@utazospirits.co.uk

We will refund you with the method that you used to make the purchase.

Goods must be returned unopened, sealed and in the original packaging.

Utazo Spirits Ltd will refund you upon receiving the damaged goods back.

The postage of the return is the responsibility of the purchaser and must be proved. If the goods are lost when returned this is the responsibility of the purchaser
